It is important to us that you are satisfied, which is why we try to be as precise, fast and reliable as possible from order to delivery. Availability

Inside the detail page of each individual product you will always find an indication of whether the item is available and information on the expected delivery date (which may vary based on the payment method chosen).

Delivery time

Generally, delivery times are 24/48 hours from dispatch but could vary based on the quantities ordered, the delivery areas and the payment method chosen.

Payment by Paypal, Credit Card or Postepay is immediate, therefore the order will be processed the day after receiving it.

Payment by bank transfer may change the processing and delivery time as the order will only be processed when we receive confirmation of the bank credit.
The delivery date will therefore be subject to the moment in which we have received confirmation of payment.

Shipping fees

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on the weight and volume of the package.

Payment by credit card or PostePay

Quick and secure payment with the most up-to-date authentication protocols offered by international circuits.
Upon confirmation of the order you will access the bank's reserved page to carry out the transaction, the credit card will be charged at the same time as the online transaction is concluded.

In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance of the same by Carta Smile, the transaction carried out will be cancelled.

Payment with Paypal

PayPal is a simple, secure and immediate method. The transaction is carried out via redirection to secure encrypted servers (SSL).

Simply log in with your PayPal credentials to confirm the payment. We will never know your credentials. In case of cancellation of the order, the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account.

We will not be responsible for any delays and/or damages caused in refund cases caused by PayPal services

Payment by bank transfer

NB: In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the order will be sent only upon actual crediting to the current account.
